First, the reason

1. The click speed is too low (below 500r/min), or the steering is reversed;

2, the amount of oil is not enough, the oil level is too low, or the suction pipe is blocked by debris;

3, the oil viscosity is too high, the oil absorption resistance increases;

4. The clearance between the blade and the rotor slot is too small, so that the blade is not flexible in moving in the slot;

5. Poor contact between the oil distribution plate and the casing, so that the high and low pressure oils communicate with each other;

6. The pump body has casting defects such as sand particles and shrinkage holes, so that high and low pressure oils can communicate with each other;

Second, exclusion method

1. Check the direction of rotation and the speed of rotation or replace the motor;

2. Check the oil level, add enough oil, and remove the impurity and dirt from the oil suction pipe;

3. Use No. 20 mechanical oil or special hydraulic oil with appropriate viscosity;

4. Re-grind the blade to maintain a suitable fit clearance;

5. Re-grind the two contact planes of the oil distribution plate, and the parallelism should be kept within 0.005mm;

6. Replace the new pump body.
