1. Material: The main difference between aluminum shell motors and iron shell 

motors is the casing, one is die cast aluminum, the other is cast iron, and the rest

 are basically the same.

2. Noise: The noise generated by aluminum shell motors is less than that generated

 by iron shell motors.

3. Thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity of aluminum shell motors is

 higher than that of iron shell motors.

4. Weight: Aluminum shell motors with the same power are lighter than iron shell motors.

5. Heat dissipation: Aluminum shell motors have better heat dissipation and can adapt to 

a higher temperature range than iron shell motors.

6. Hardness: The hardness of aluminum shell motors is much lower than that of iron shell 

motors. Aluminum shell motors are not suitable for places with high power output, while

 iron shell motors are suitable.
